Product Details

All multi-tank Stainless Steel Sinks are comprised of 10" x 14" x 9 ¼" deep bowls which have a compound pitched bottom to ensure complete drainage. Four-tank Stainless Steel Sinks are the ultimate solution for glasswashing because they have compartments for wet waste, glasswashing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Three-tank Stainless Steel Sinks provide the minimum amount of compartments to perform basic glasswashing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Two-tank Stainless Steel Sinks are used in high-volume wet waste disposal applications and can be used in tandem with a Corner Filler to make a quad-sink assembly transition through a corner.

Feature 2 : Four-Tank stainless steel sinks are the ultimate solution for glasswashing, as they provide dedicated compartments for wet waste, glass washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Tank 1 - Wet Waste. Proivdes proper disposal of wet waste such as drink remnants and ice. Tank 2 - Glass Washing. The drain location on Perlick sinks easily accommodates a standpipe and brush washer. This combined with proper cleaner gives glassware a thorough cleanse. Tank 3 - Rinsing. After cleaning, dip the glass at an angle into clean water, heel first. Tank 4 - Using the same method as Tank 3, submerge the glass in sanitizer and allow to air dry upside down on a drainboard.
